Double Room wanted! 😝

Hey! I’m Joe (M29), and I’m looking for a room to call home ready to move by the end of March!

I’m a young professional working as a consultant for a property management company in London. Filipino 🇵🇭, raised in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿, I studied BA Painting before moving to London in 2021 on a Drawing Scholarship. Since then, I’ve been working full-time in property management, specialising in guardianships.

I love a sociable home, whether that’s sharing food, hosting games or movie nights, or just catching up after a long day. I come with a small but mighty collection of houseplants, so if you take me in, you’re also saving a few leafy friends (RIP to my outdoor plants….squirrels showed no mercy to my strawberries 🐿️).

That said, I also enjoy my own space and can usually be found wandering through local art galleries, markets, or on long city walks. I still paint now and then, and sometimes my work even makes it into exhibitions!

Sundays are my favourite….a slow morning with coffee and breakfast, a deep clean to reset the space, then winding down with candles and a film in the evening. A clean home = a clear mind.
