Hi! I'm looking for a lovely house on a quiet street.

💁🏻‍♀️ A bit about me:

• ideal move-in date: between 1 March and 15 March 2026

• I like to sleep at night, looking for housemates who don't work night shifts

• employed full-time at a London university, commuting to the office 2 days a week. I do not work from home generally (I go to cafes, etc)

• I'm generally a vegetarian but I'm totally OK with a non-vegetarian household. I don't cook at all to be honest, I like snacks and going to restaurants.

• I'm a very quiet person, I'm well-organised, and tidy.

🔎 What I’m looking for:

• a house with working radiators, not space heaters

• double glazed windows

• not an electric shower but a normal one

• no cats, dogs, etc

• would prefer an upstairs room, not interested in living on the ground floor, basement, attic, or rooms with a skylight.

• lovely housemates. Would be great to have a chat or a call with all the current flatmates, not just a viewing of the room itself.

• a lodger agreement or an individual tenancy agreement
