Professional Female seeks a double room

I am a professional female aged 38 looking for a double room. I am available to move from 01/01/2020 and have a budget of ?400-500pcm. I would like to share with females ideally between 25 and 45 years old. I'm easygoing, open-minded and cleaning person.
I'm working in hospitality in a hotel so depending of the week, I have early morning o evening shifts but it could not be a problem because I'm not a noisy person so I respect the space of the other people and I expect the same from others. Cooking is relaxing time for me when I'm off, sometimes I like sharing the food during a dinner with a few friends but definitely not like a flat party.
