A bit about us - Hi! I’m Fern, 29 and a doctor due to start psychiatry training in Chichester in August. My partner Luke is 31, a stonemason by trade but currently in between jobs as we have just returned from Australia.
We are seeking a 1 bedroom property to rent in or around Chichester, ideally within around a 20 mile radius. The property can be furnished or unfurnished. Ideally, we are not looking for a house share. We are looking at buying a property in the area, so will just need somewhere for the interim whilst we sort this.
We are clean, respectful tenants. We have never had any issue paying rent on time and can pay a significant portion of the rent up front if needed to secure accommodation.
