Professional Female seeks room in Hereford.

I am a professional female aged 22 looking for a room in Hereford. I am available to move from mid-October and have a budget of ?550pcm (bills included). I am happy to share with males or females ideally between 18 and 30 years old.
I enjoy staying in (Netflix/reading/cooking/drink ing and chatting/etc.) just as much as spending time out (going for walks/travelling/eating out/going to gigs/etc.). Hereford is very different to where I'm moving from (Newcastle) so it'd be great if the people I end up living with would be happy to introduce me to life here. I like living in a neat and tidy space so I would hope my potential housemates do as well.
