Room Wanted in Social Flat Manchester

hiya, im curtis, im 30 years old and hate writing cringe bios but it has to be done in this case. im looking for a room in a place inear nq/ancoats and also open to doing the buddy up thing and looking for a place together if we have stuff in common.

budget is around £800pm with some flexibility, i already live here at the mo so can move whenever really.

im quite a social and outgoing person so it is very important to me that i am friends with the person/people that i live with. im pretty laid back and consider myself very easy to get along with. im clean/tidy and enjoy cooking for others and most of the time im usually up for chilling if i dont already have plans, and whenever i do have plans there is always an open invite for whoever i live with.

im from sheffield and currently work in search engine optimisation although i studied fashion at university. i work monday friday 9-5ish so i would like to live with someone with a similar schedule to me although its not a dealbreaker.

i consider myself quite a creative type and do a bit of design stuff and photography too so if you like doing anything creative thats also a bonus but again not a dealbreaker.

i've lived here for the past year or so and as much as i love the place i live and my housemates, i'm looking to live somewhere that isn't a 24/7 party house, which is the situation i'm currently in. don't get me wrong i go out a lot and love to have a good time but i'm fed up of constantly being kept awake by an afters happening in my house on a tuesday/wednesday/thursday night. i like to have fun on the weekends but sunday-thursday is very much chilling time for me.

i like to keep myself busy especially on weekends, music wise i like mostly electronic music with techno being my favourite, if you go to dba at all theres a good chance we will have crossed paths or atleast have some mutuals, who i have no doubt will give me a glistening character reference.

happy to live with males, females, trans, thems, whatever - i've lived in houses/flats with all boys before and lived in houses/flats with all girls before too (apart from myself of course) so don't really have a preference as we get along fine and at least have a few things in common.

most important thing for me is living with someone i get along with so before setting anything in stone would like to meet up at least once for a few pints or something beforehand to get to know each other and that.
