I am looking for a place to call home.

The home must be:
1. Very very very very clean
2. Very very well looked after and kind landlord
3. bedroom
4. Living room, with a TV.
5. Broadband.

About me:
1. Work in London.
2. A working professional that is very clean and enjoys a mature chat with anyone decent.
3. I have rented rooms for over 15 years which is why, if you are a landlord and are looking for a reliable tenant, get in touch.
4. I am not interested in house parties.
5. You will notice that the price that I am willing to pay is only £1.00 PCM, all bills included. This is because I am happy to help look after the property, as follows:

A - Cleaning
B - Minor repair/maintenance (you provide the toolbox/equipment)
C - Garden (you provide the equipment)
D - Security of the property, because I will be living inside the property and helping to look after the property.
E - If you have pets, help feed pets.
