Description
Hello my name is Fred and I'm looking for a homely place to move into.
I'm 31, I'm a laid-back, responsible and considerate flatmate who likes to live in a tidy and well-kept home. I enjoy hanging out or cooking and sharing a meal with my housemates when the occasion arises, but I also keep myself quite busy so will often be out or doing my own thing. I eat plant based and would welcome the opportunity to live with other plant-based people, but it's not essential for me.
In terms of interests, amongst other things I love cycling, running, and generally being outdoors, and am often making the most of the latest culture offerings around London (music, art, museums, cinema, etc). I also like to travel and visit art shows and festivals abroad. I like to try new things: I recently got into playing chess, and have also enjoyed trying my hand at bouldering and pottery in the past couple years.
I work as a software engineer and work from home a few days per week so I need somewhere with space for that. I would love some sort of outdoor space and as a cyclist somewhere to store bikes is essential, too. Some kind of shared living room/space would be great as well.
I'm looking to move in somewhere any time in the next couple of months and have a budget of up to 850pcm, give or take. I'm flexible on furnishings as I do have some of my own.
If you think I'd be a good fit for your house share, then do get in touch with some information about yourself and your situation!
