65-year-old semi-retired male cyclist

How are you?

I have been living in the UK for over 15 years, always in England.

I am retired from Brazil, active, and currently work part-time doing food delivery by bicycle. I am an Italian-Brazilian with Settled Status.

I would prefer a property located not too far from the city centre (within a maximum of 2 miles), as this is important for my daily routine.

Important: I have an electric bicycle and need a secure place to store it. As I use it twice a day, it must be easily accessible (ideally no stairs). If needed, I am happy to pay an additional £50 per month to keep it in the entrance hall, and I will ensure the floor is protected with a mat.

I am a non-smoker, I do not drink alcohol, I always use headphones for music and videos, and I only use the microwave briefly (around 10 minutes per day).
