Hello, how are you?

I’m looking for a quiet house, preferably with non-smokers, and a safe place to keep my bicycle overnight.

I’m a mature and responsible person, retired, and I’ve been living in England for the past 15 years. I have been self-employed as a food delivery rider for the last eight years.

I also hold a postgraduate qualification in higher education and worked as a university lecturer in Brazil. I come from an Italian family and hold Italian citizenship.

I should mention that I would need to give my current landlord 30 days’ notice before moving out.
