Double room sought by female

Dear my future landlord,

I’d like to say a few words about myself so we can see if we’re a good match. I (mostly) function as an artist who is looking for a nice, clean place where she can work, live and let live; be at peace in general.

I’m very tidy and quite creative with decorations and fixes around the house, I am loving and always around to listen and cheer others up. I also have a beautiful little girl who spends some time with me - we share custody with her dad.

My former landlords are more than happy to present references from the past decade, my best friends mostly have been my landlords 😁

I’m not to good in writing these things but happy to answer any questions you might have.
