Looking for a room (LONDON)

Hey guys,

I’m a freelancer working in fashion media who has spent the last four years in a beautiful, light-filled apartment I absolutely adored. Sadly, my landlord is selling up, so I’m on the hunt for my next sanctuary. For me, the location is not that much of a priority as the people and the energy of the home matter much more than the specific London area.

My Routine & The "Tenant Perk"

I'd say I have a consistent and active lifestyle. I usually wrap up my work around 5–6 PM and head straight to the gym for a solid two or three hours. I’m usually not back home until 8 or 9 PM, so if you enjoy having the kitchen or living room to yourself during the early evening, I’m the ideal flatmate!

The real bonus? I travel—a lot. Specifically September and February, I am often gone for nearly the entire month. You get the stability of a long-term flatmate with the perks of solo living for several weeks a year.

What I’m looking for:

The Vibe: A friendly, relaxed, and mature household. I value my own space but love a catch-up in the kitchen once I'm back from the gym.

The Space: Having lived in a very spacious, light apartment (with two balconies) for the last four years, I’m hoping to find somewhere that doesn't feel "boxed in." Natural light is a huge plus!

Reliability: I’ve been with the same agency for 4 years and have an impeccable track record. I’m more than happy to provide a glowing reference to put your (or your landlord's) mind at ease.
