Polite happy housemate (45), looking for a room

Hi

I'm looking for a room within central Manchester. I'll be studying graphic design in a private college for 3 months from mid January 2019.

I have my own house in Watford, Hertfordshire, which I'm renting out, I have been a landlady, living with a lodger, and I've flat shared, so I know how to share and appreciate someone else's home.

I'm easy going, enjoy a giggle and have lots of friends. I sing in a choir, do Parkrun on a Saturday morning, have two cats who I adore, who I will miss terribly. I love cats and dogs, so happy to share with them too. Anything else you'd like to know please ask.
