I’m Ben, 27, looking for a new place to live as my rent is ridiculous where I am currently, like 800 for a room. I’m not looking to spend more than £600pcm ideally.

I’m pretty chill so open to most things as long as it’s not toooooo far from city centre, and would consider a sublet before finding somewhere to settle for 6-12 months if necessary.

I work as a freelancer in tech 3 days a week, and work as a supervisor in a bar on the side as I quite like it and working from home 5 days a week is not for me.

I’m into exploring, sport, music, and gigs, and I’m clean, tidy, and respectful round the house. Love mingling with the peoples and I’ll never say no to a cosy lil pub trip, so some social vibes in the house would be good, but not looking for a party house, and sometimes like my chill time.
