Description
Hi there!
I'm Triin, a professional(ly tidy) housemate now open to various short-term room offers. Send your best my way!
Initially looking for a lovely room in Brighton that I could stay in from 17th January for about a week. Thereafter I'll be slightly nomadic but still on the lookout for future options – if there is a nice place, I might even be open to renting straight from 17th January. From end of February I'm definitely keen on renting mid-term (open to both short and long-term options), as want to be around for full months of March and April (running a half-marathon + marathon, so a comfy bed and a washing machine essential).
A bit about me: Just a human who values a peaceful yet adventurous lifestyle, farmers' markets, good food and kind-hearted people. I first moved to Brighton proper few years ago for my MA in Globalisation, Business and Development, but currently working fully remote for an Estonian tour operator, building partnerships around the world. Hence I have just recently made the move out of my Brighton place to hop between countries and am now seeking various temporary accommodation options for when I do come back.
KEY REQUIREMENTS: kind humans (I love humans, but am also very happy with no humans, if you have a studio or 1-bed to offer), clean kitchen, and a bedroom with enough floor space for a yoga mat. Bonus points for any outdoor space or neighbours with cats. Location should be walking distance from centre of Brighton.
I also make very decent (vegan gluten-free if needed) banana bread and specialty V60 coffee, which can be included pro bono in my tenancy services.
More than happy to share any additional information (or excellent references from previous landlords).
Send your best offers and let's make this work in everyone's interest!
Thank you!
