Positive, outgoing Danish girl looking for a home

I've just moved to London (in the beginning of October) to work as a Project Manager for a blockchain scaleup in Farringdon and I am therefore looking for a great home from as soon as possible:

TO THE POINT
Clean, friendly, outgoing, 28 years old professional female from Denmark is looking for a flatshare in a household with 1-3 other professional, clean, "grown-up" roommates.

Budget: up to 1400?? pcm (ish) for an above-average-kind-of-room, unfurnished is a plus, and so is ensuite bathroom.

EC1: Clerkenwell, Farringdon, King's Cross (with a preference for NW!)

ABOUT ME
My name is Sidsel [Sizzl] and I am 28 years old. I was born in raised in Copenhagen but I have spent the past 18 months living in Dublin working as a Blockchain Consultant for Deloitte.
I've relocated to London for an exciting job in a rapidly growing blockchain startup where I'm working at the intersection of emerging technology, fashion, diamonds and luxury goods.

Who am I?
I like to think of myself as a well-rounded, outgoing, active person. I am ambitious about my career, but I also live a very active life with boxing (BXR), HIT classes (1Rebel), pilates, crossfit, swimming, and outdoor walks and hikes, and I love both to cook and eat healthy and/or delicious food (who doesn't?), as well as to grab a cocktail somewhere, preferably fancy, after work.

During the week I work a lot, so I'm mostly just relaxing with some Netflix whenever I'm home from a long day. I sometimes have calls at 6.30-7 in the morning and prefer to take them while still laying down, so it is important for me that I have both bedroom space and proper wifi to do so.

I have traveled extensively around the globe, and you might mistake me for an American at first, as I have spent some years living in California (I've lived quite a few places it even confuses myself!)

I am not a fan of cigarettes or living with pets of any kind, and I appreciate if you also want a place that smells and feels nice.

What am I looking for?

PRIVATE ROOM IN A FLATSHARE
Unfurnished preferred - life is too short to be surrounded by furniture that should've been thrown out in the 80s (or never have been produced in the first place...)

A usable kitchen (although small) is a must, hardwood floors are preferred, in an area with a tolerable noise level (I need my sleep) and space enough to store more clothes than my mom says I need.

If we live together I would love if we could enjoy dinners together occasionally. While this is not paramount, mutual respect and the contribution to a clean and nice living environment is key.

There is nothing more annoying than coming home to an overflowed trash bin, an empty toilet paper roll and a pile of dirty dishes. Sometimes life just gets in the way, but I would appreciate to live with people who are straight forward and easy to communicate with (and does text you back sooner than 5 business days)

If you don't like to clean, I would prefer that we get professional cleaning arranged at least for the common spaces. I, strangely, enjoy cleaning.
