I am looking for a room accommodation in south east london or kent area. I will prefer Swanley, Welling, etc. It must be a very clean double en-suite rooms near Welling or surrounding. I am a male physically challenged pastor in training and self employed software developer.

The double room should be with own bath/toilet. The room should have:
- is well situated and a short distance away from the local shops.
- All Bills are included
- WiFi

I intend to stay for a year or more.
