Looking for a friendly house to call home

Hi! I’m Emma, and I’m looking for a double room in a friendly, sociable house. I’m mainly looking for a long-term house share, but I’m also open to house-sitting opportunities if the right one comes along.

I’m easy-going, tidy, and love a good mix of getting out and about and having cosy nights in. You’ll usually find me at a live music gig, a pub quiz, grabbing a coffee, heading out for a walk, or trying somewhere new. I also love cooking, watching Netflix, and just having a good chat after work.

I keep active by going to the gym and getting outdoors, and one of my favourite things to do at the weekend is jump in my campervan and head off exploring. So, if you’re into adventures or spontaneous day trips, we’ll probably get on well!

I work full-time for the Civil Service, and my weeks are a mix of working from home, the office, and site visits, so the amount I’m home can vary. I’d love somewhere that works well for hybrid working and feels like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

I’m looking for a social house where people enjoy spending time together, whether that’s cooking, going for a drink, exploring the local area, or just having good conversations. At the same time, I really value everyone’s own space and independence.

I used to live in Bristol a few years ago, so I know the area well and already have friends nearby, but I’m always keen to meet new people and try new experiences.

I’d also be open to buddying up with someone if we found the right place together.

Parking is a must, and a garden is a bonus although I’m hoping to find an allotment.
