Room wanted

I'm a professional working remotely and also a mature university student currently studying psychology, looking for a furnished room from 1st October for around 6 months.

I'm clean, quiet, respectful and considerate, and I'm looking for a comfortable, well-kept home with a friendly and respectful household. I work/study from home at times, so I particularly value a calm environment, but I'm also friendly and happy to socialise with housemates. I'm a non-smoker and would be looking for a place where everyone is respectful of each other's space and keeps shared areas clean.
