Professional looking for City centre flat share

I work in Marketing and PR for a tech company which 5 days a week in the office, split across Manchester & Leeds. I’d prefer someone else who doesn’t work from home (or at least a building with a coworking space)

I go to the gym early in the morning through the week so will be up and about early. I also host a podcast which means I sometimes have recording sessions in the evenings, and I’m extremely social so I’m out quite a lot.

I enjoy staying active and I’m part of an lgbtq rugby team so during the season Im generally away for the weekend once a month for matches and have training sessions throughout the week in the evenings.

Fitness is really important to me, but I also love reading and watching reality tv (we can’t all be perfect!) In December 2022, I stopped drinking, but still enjoy a night out if the music is fun.

Im looking for a clean and tidy (but like actually, don’t just say you are 😆) flat mate who is easy going, social and up for being friends. I’m only looking for city centre accommodation, and realistically only sharing with one other person. Please don’t get in touch if it’s a house share in the suburbs - that’s not my vibe.

I’m open to finding a place in Manchester close to the train station (Victoria) but more flexible for the right flatmate. Preferably looking to live with someone who is 🏳️‍🌈 or a straight female. Straight men need not apply (sorry not sorry 🤣)

Would also would prefer an en-suite and a big wardrobe 👀

Im looking to move end of August or first couple days of September latest as my tenancy is up on 8th September and I’m in Mykonos over that time. Also flexible to move in earlier in August for the right person and flat
