Looking for house share april, east Leeds area

I'm Ryan, 36 years old, I currently work for a debt charity as a health and safety assistant, I wfh quiet a lot but also stay with family at times throughout the week and also attend the office & visit sites across the UK, with my employment I am also studying therefore through the week some of my time is taken up with studying. I am looking to live somewhere where I can relax, live with people that are clean and respectful of others, as you can expect me to keep the house clean and not make to much noise, I am a respectful person who takes others into consideration, I like to relax after been at work. I want to live in a home, not somewhere to party. I currently live in Manchester however looking to move back to Leeds when my contract is up at the end of April , If you would like to know anything please ask, I do drive therefore would need somewhere with parking (Would prefer ensuite & to live with a landlord) not a large house share.
