Generally not too fussed over the house aside from the usual - kitchen access, white goods, hot water etc. A shared living room is a bonus but not a necessity. Strong preference to a room that's not too cold though.
I don't smoke or have pets but am very pet-friendly and would happily help care for your four-legged friend.
