Seeking friendly flat share or buddy up

Hi, I’m Laura, 32, and looking for a room from 1st March (flexible date). I’m originally from the US and spent many years in London before moving to Paris for a job with an NGO. I’m now returning to London to work from the UK office. I’m usually office-based and will likely be in Paris around one week per month. I’m clean and considerate, happy with a cleaning rota or contributing to a cleaner, and I’ve got lots of experience sharing homes in London. I don't smoke, don't have any pets, and I'm happy to keep a vegetarian diet at home if it's important to you. I’m fairly quiet at home and enjoy a calm atmosphere, but I’m always up for a chat or watching TV together now and then. I do like to have friends over occasionally, but would text to give you advanced notice and would always appreciate the same. In my spare time I love wild swimming, hiking, and bouldering (plus a bit of gardening at the local climbing centre).
