2 Irish girls looking for a flat/2 rooms together

Hi, we're Ciara and Isabelle, 2 cousins from Ireland looking for either a whole property to rent or two rooms in an existing house share. We would also be open to buddying up with one or more others to rent a whole property as a group. Our combined budget would be £1800 including bills but ideally would prefer to pay less if possible. We are also open to looking for rooms in separate properties in the same area if we don’t find the right flat for the two of us so if you think either of us could be a good fit for your flat/room feel free to drop me a message!

About Us:

Ciara - I'm 28 and I moved back to London about 16 months ago after previously living here during the pandemic. I work hybrid in a customer service job so I'm in the office at least twice a week but would need a room with some space to work. In my free time, I'm an amateur photographer so I love to explore new parts of London with my camera and I also travel as often as I can. I love to bake and read (mainly murder mysteries), I also watch a lot of movies and never miss an F1 race. I have been living in shared accommodation for most of the past 8 years so I'm very used to living with others and would ideally like to live in a chilled environment where we all get along and hang out but also have our own lives and time to ourselves. I'm tidy but not a neat freak and would prefer to live with others who are similar to avoid arguments over cleaning.

Isabelle - I am a 24 year old English Literature graduate, working as a receptionist in an aesthetics clinic in Chelsea. I have been living in rented shared houses throughout university (4 years), and rented an entire flat when studying abroad. As the literature degree may suggest, I like to read in my free time, but also love films, cooking and having accidentally deep conversations for a night in. For a night out I am partial to a little dance (you will find it difficult to find music that I will not dance terribly to) and getting way too into F1 on race weekends, whether it be celebration drinks or drowning my sorrows. Hoping we can find some chilled and reliable people who like to have a laugh and are open to new friends, but who also value having time to yourself.

We're currently looking to escape Streatham. As we both work in South West London, we are only looking for properties in the South West and will not respond to any messages about other areas of London. We'd ideally love to live around Vauxhall, Kenninington, Stockwell or Elephant and Castle but as long as there's a tube station nearby we're open to most of SW.
