Female journalist looking for a North London abode

I am a journalist and news editor who has just turned 29 (I focus on Latin America, quite niche - but get to travel a lot!) As a young professional, I am looking for a flat with one or two like-minded people. My landlord is currently selling my current flat - yay to the rental rights increasing next year, boo to being banished like a Traitor as houses go back on the market :')

I am an outgoing, fun and open-minded person; I speak French and Spanish, and love socialising, cooking, watching TV and going to the cinema, and chatting over pop culture over a glass of vino or two. I am also an avid runner, running the London Marathon next year!

My mum is from Derry and raised me as a pseudo-Derry girl, so I am also a huge fan of Irish culture, films, history and music, and every Sunday I go to watch live ceilidh music - if that is something you are interested in too!

I would like to share a flat with just one other person, or two if the right fit. I have lived in North London since moving here, so I have my heart set on it and would love more than anything to stay in the area and never too far away from the Heath! Though I am flexible for the right place and people, too.

I really would like to prioritise sharing a spacious, sociable flat with lots of light and most of all, lovely people! Ideally, would love to move in somewhere where we can chat over a glass of wine or tea over politics, music, TV or current affairs, etc and go out for drinks/Sunday roasts on occasion!

My official move-out date is 31 Jan, but I can be flexible on moving in earlier /rent cost for the right place and vibes! :)
