Looking For A Room/Buddy Up

Looking for either a double room (preferably en suite) sharing with no more than 1-2 other people or a buddy up as I?ve seen several really beautiful two bedroom places for rent.

I?m 33, work in finance and am starting a new job in Leeds in a few weeks time. I?m quite laid back but at the same time really house proud and like to keep my home clean and tidy at all times. I am a bit of a foodie and love to cook, nights in watching Netflix and going for drinks. Would be great to find someone I could also become friends with rather than just house mates.

I?m open to the location as long as it?s within commutable distance to Leeds for work but would prefer nicer areas ie chapel Alperton, Horsforth, York, Harrogate or central Leeds. I have quite a high standard when it comes to a living space so looking for something quite stylish, airy, clean and modern.

I have attached some photos of a two bedroom apartment I?m really interested in which is currently available to rent. Located in central Chapel Alperton, rent is ?600 per person a month with bills on top which I imagine will work out as around ?150.00 each. I?ve seen a few others also which are slightly cheaper.
