*IMPORTANT: I am very clean and tidy and would not like to live with individuals who are messy or unhygienic.
- I have 2 cats who are neutered, friendly and very well behaved.
- I am a professional worker and would also be working from home.
- I would need somewhere to park my car whether it be out on the street or a designated parking spot.
- I enjoy company, cooking, eating and socialising with my friends but also enjoy my own space and I will respect yours too.
- It will be important for me that friends can visit whenever and stay overnight now and again too!
