Looking for a room

Looking for a room to rent that accepts Housing Benefit that doesn't need a reference. I am a smoker but happy to go out and smoke if not allowed in the building. I would like to live with females only but not really bothered if its Male but not a full house of males due to insecurity. I am a clean person and will do anything that needs doing around the house. Will pay for my own food will also be out mostly at the weekends but that's once in a blue moon
