Tidy student looking for cardiff room

Hello,

I am a 23 y/o mature student looking for a double room. I'm a friendly, laid-back person - no wild nights out or messy house parties thank you :)

I do, however, love houseplants and have quite a few!

In terms of rent and bills I'm flexible - I am happy to set up standing orders, and pay either monthly or quarterly.

I'm very laid-back when it comes to housemates, and love animals so it's not an issue at all if you have pets! Also relatively responsible so I'll remember bin day :')
