Double room pr 1 bedroom flat

I’m looking for a spacious room in a lovely, friendly, well-kept flat that I can truly call home. I’m hoping for a place with a relaxed, positive vibe where everyone feels comfortable and at ease.
A little about me: I work in beauty and aesthetics in Central London. I’m clean, respectful, and very easy to live with. I genuinely enjoy being social — I love going out for dinners, discovering new places, and travelling whenever I can. I’m always happy for the occasional movie night, going out together, or a cosy chat at home, while also really valuing personal space and quiet time.
I’d be moving in with my ginger cat 🐈, who is fully litter trained, neutered, strictly indoors, and honestly the sweetest little boy. He’s calm, friendly, very well-behaved, and tends to win everyone over pretty quickly.
I should also mention that I see clients from home around twice a week, usually just for a couple of hours a day. This would always be agreed in advance. I’d only need a little space where I can have my bed opened during sessions — during the rest of the week, the bed is closed.
As a little bonus, you’d also have the perk of facials or body treatments from me from time to time 😊✨
