Great flatmate for a southern zone 2 home

I'm a 30 year old planning consultant (construction industry) that has been in London for nearly 6 years. I've done the house share thing several times before and enjoy the social side of it, but do like peace and quiet from time to time too. My work at the moment is a mix of WFH, going to the office, and working outside of London.

Outside of work, I enjoy getting out the house on weekends when I can. I like rock climbing, am a DIY mechanic, and enjoy cooking (baking desserts especially!). I'm always down for house meals, a trip to the pub, movies/boardgames, all the usual stuff.

Boring bits: I've got a car so a place with parking or ability to get a permit is a must. I have a bicycle. A move in date mid Sept works for me, but I'm a little flexible on this. I'm pretty clean, mindful, and sociable.

Looking for somewhere to call home for at least a year, but hopefully longer.
