Room needed to work / have a life

I?ve recently had to move to the city to work and as I will be here for like 2 years I would really like to find a place to stay permanently in instead of staying in hotels for the week.

I?d like a double bed, and a place that is reasonably clean I?m not at uni anymore.

Other than that I don?t really mind I?m working in Oval so walking / biking distance would be grand.

What you can expect from me.. I?ll be working 7:30 to 5:30 in the week then around at the weekend and down for whatever really, I?ve got friends in the city so I?ll probably go and meet up with them sometimes, would go to the gym after work most/ some days.

I?m quite clean, especially in communal areas.

Anything else you wanna know just ask I?m new to this thing ????
