Double room en-suite URGENTLY needed

Hello everyone!! I am Donato Perfetto, a 26-year-old Mechanical Engineer from Italy.
I am attending a visiting research period at the Imperial College London, South Kensington, until April 30th 2020, but it will be probably extended to 12 months.

WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR?
I am looking for a double furnished room (possibly ensuite) in a modern, clean and comfortable house/flat hopefully well equipped and with all the bills included (council tax, water, electricity, heating and wi-fi).
I would like to find an accomodation not far from the Imperial College, so preferably in one of the following neighbourhoods: South Kensington, Chelsea or Fulham. Otherwise, at least, I?m looking for something nearby a Piccadilly line stop, in London zone 1 or 2.

ABOUT ME
I am a very tidy, clean and quiet person. I work 8 hours a day, from Monday to Friday at the University and when I come back home I just want to relax, cook and enjoy the evening with the flatmate(s) (hopefully new friends). I am a very easy-going and respectful guy. I really like being in company but also on my own (especially when I have to work).
However, it would be great for me to share dinners with the flatmate(s), to have a drink together or just to watch a good movie/series!! So, definetely I would not like to share the house with flatmate(s) who doesn?t/don?t enjoy the company and only wants/want to live on his/their own!!
In my spare time I like doing sports, reading, cooking, watching movies and going out with friends. During my staying in London I hope I will discover the city in all its amenities and meet new friends in order to stay together and have a good time.
The last but not the least? please consider that my girlfriend will come and visit me about 2 weekends per month and sometimes I will go to visit her (she?s not living in London actually). So, for about 6/7 days per month she will be in my room with me and for other 6/7 days per month I won?t be in.

BUDGET AND CONTRACT
My budget is about 1200? pcm (a bit flexible). As I don?t know yet if my visiting period at the Imperial will be extended or not, for now I am hopefully looking for a contract ending on April 30th 2020. I will be okay even with a 6-month contract or for a 12-month contract with a 6-month-break clause.
