Easygoing And Tidy 👀

Hi all
I’m looking to find a new place to live as my current landlord is turning his spare room into an office to WFH.
I cover a large area for work so no specific town/city required.
I drive a lot for work so parking is preferable and decent access to motorways etc and am just looking for a little more space than I currently have.
I do usually stay away from home a couple of times every fortnight with work and I work Mon-Fri.
I appreciate a tidy environment and like to think I also fall into the tidy category. I’m more about relaxing and taking in some views on a weekend rather than partying. I am however a bit of a night owl as this just seems to be my body clocks setting!
I am a single gay guy with a good close knit group of friends but definitely not looking to be a recluse at home so would love to find someone I can unwind with and share rants/dinner on an eve etc.
I would have some notice to give on my current place as I don’t want to shoot myself in the foot!
