Young Professional Looking For A Room In Brighton

Hey there ! My name is Ethan and I?ve recently moved from Ireland to Brighton to progress my career. I work 5 days a week and am usually quiet busy. I love to socialise and go to the pub with good people. I?m looking for somewhere where there?s a nice group of people preferably not over 5 other house mates. Somewhere within 20 mins bus of central Brighton as that?s where I work would be a plus. Also bills included is a must as I find this the easiest way.
