Hey guys,
I?m Tom, 29 and originally from London. I?m currently on the look out for a nice room in BELFAST!
I?m a pretty social guy, love a drink and going out and about - but perfectly happy to chill and binge watch Netflix.
The hours I do are pretty erratic - sometimes getting in late at night and early starts, so sometimes you may not even know I?m there!
Bonus - I?m rarely in the bathroom in the morning for longer than 10 mins and I?m fairly house trained to be tidy too!
IDEALLY
Around Ormeau Road / Lisburn Road for work but happy to consider anywhere within good distance to town.
ESSENTIAL
I?m at a TV company near city hall and on locations around Belfast so good transport link essential as no car!

DATES
I?m here until end of November / early December.
I have flex moving in dates as I?m staying somewhere on a weekly basis. It?s just way too expensive to do for the full time.
RATE
Would prefer lump sum inc bills so I don?t have to think about it once I move in!
