Seeking whole property apartment NO share house

Hi

We are two professionals friends living in London since more than +10 years now, educated, tidy and clean individuals.

We are working on management level with regular legal contract and permanent residents in the UK.

Seeking for new accommodation, a self contained property in a newish build preferably, definitely not a house but a building block, if possible on upper floor, to move closer to work place.

Currently in Canary Wharf area, the nearest will be of much interest.

The budget could stretch up to £2000 for the right place, moving date could be asap we found it and once the paperwork completed.

Also including living room as we need a guests room and not considering places with no outside access such as balcony, terrace, patio.
Not interested in a property above any commercial, stores, noisy surroundings, etc...

Bathtub is mandatory as well.

First to be considered are the ones situated close to the river or adjacent proximity.

Not interested in other than the mentioned areas.

Please, if your offers not ticking the boxes there is no point to bother and loose eachother's time with sending over not relevant as per above details.
