Recent graduate working full time

I am 22 years old and currently working full time in Burgess Hill after graduating from Uni of Brighton this year. I am looking for a good sized room in Brighton and surrounding areas although outer Brighton is probably better as I need my car and would prefer to have free street parking/driveway). I am a very laidback and sociable person (but will give you your own space if you're quieter) so happy to share with students/professionals/familie s. I am a very tidy and clean person so would prefer to stay somewhere where people are house proud and like living in a clean environment. My budget would be max ?600 a month with bills included and would prefer a double room that is furnished.
