Looking for a room with respectful housemates,

I am a last year PhD student in Translational health sciences. I would like to stay in a house where is peaceful and quite enough to write my thesis. It would be great to have Washing machine -also drying them by tumble dry (but it is not a must), if there is no space to do so-, Use the kitchen and have my breakfast or dinner in the kitchen, be able to have enough space in my room to do my daily exercise. I would prefer the rent including bills. I do not mind the size of the bed as long as I can fit my belongings and study on a proper table by putting my laptop and my notebook at the same time and sitting on a chair. I would like to live with like minded people who are hardworking as well. But I would also like to have conversation. For location I would prefer to live a place with at least 30-45 min walking distance to Southmead hospital. I may consider busses as well for transportation if the room and flat mates are nice.
Another point, I am so sensitive to noise which cause panic atack type of symptoms on me if it happens while I am falling a sleep. I would like to live with respectful people who may have rota for fortnightly chores to keep the communal area clean.
