Looking for a Room in Edinburgh – ASAP Move-in!

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a room to rent in Edinburgh starting 7th July (flexible by a few days if needed).
About me:
I’m 32, clean, friendly, and respectful. I work as a psychologist, and I’m looking for a cosy, relaxed home. Fun fact: I play the accordion on professional level – I’m mindful with practice times and always keep it neighbour-friendly!

What I’m looking for:
• A furnished room in a chill, tidy flat
• Budget: up to £600 pcm (bills included preferred)
• Areas: Flexible, but I’d love to be somewhere central or well-connected (e. g. Leith, Bruntsfield, Newington, Marchmont)
• Open-minded, respectful housemates of any age/gender
