Professional Male for Double Room/Buddy Up

I am a professional male aged 24 looking for a double room. I am available to move in from start of April 2021 (can be flexible) as return to office is due 6th April. Offices are located in St. Andrews. My work is with The R&A as part of the Professional Championship team who stage The Open and Women's Open.

Always keep a tidy flat and if not at work you can usually find me on the golf course.

Looking at current properties on the rental market I would be aiming to spend £450 to cover rent for a double room, bills and council tax. My ideal would be for an en-suite. Alternatively, having one bathroom between two.

I have never had a live in landlord. However, if there is sufficient space/privacy I would consider this sort of rental.

I have saw some stunning flats at City Quay looking out to the waterfront. If anyone knows of any of these flats coming up in the near future I'd be willing to increase my budget for the right place.
