27, single, professional (teacher)

I’m a 27-year-old professional about to start working full time as a secondary school teacher while completing my QTS. I’ll be based at a school in Crystal Palace, so I’m looking for a room within a reasonable commute of the area. Although employment doesn't start until September, I am looking for somewhere early summer onwards to get settled in before start of term.

I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I like a clean and peaceful space, especially during the week, but am very friendly and always happy to have a chat. Ideally I’m looking for an en suite room with bills included, but I’m flexible for the right place.

I’d love to find a welcoming, calm home environment, and I’m open to living with people of all backgrounds (though a similar age range is a bonus). Let me know if you think we’d be a good fit!
