Clean and outgoing professional

I am looking to rent a double room. I am a 40 year old clean individual that likes to cook and watch films. I am a clean individual, who doesn't cause any issues, I have worked for my employer for over 17 years now, so fully employment stable.

I do not have a preference on genders, I am open to any tenants, no issues baeesbon gender or anything else, I am laid back!

If you have children, I am fine with that too, I am happy to babysit if you go out! Or go away for a few days etc. They will enjoy the bunnies too! ❤️🐰


I can get a reference from my employment, length of employment etc. I moved into a joint tenancy in April 2025 with my father, with no issues, landlord has been happy with our stay, so hopefully I will have no issue with references. I am currently in an active tenancy, but Dad is looking to move in with his girlfriend in the summer of 2026, so I'm giving enough time to find somewhere for me and my floofy children to go to!

Must be able to have the internet in the room. I do work from home two days a week, so I do have a desk, pc set up etc.

I have advised that I have pets, but the pets are only two bunnies, they are house bunnies most of the time (my room)
They are tame, and love cuddles! Must have the ability to have hutches outside, for times where I need to, but due to their breed, they're not good in bad weather, or loud outside noises (we live across the road from a football stadium, so it's been loud!) they are house trained, they're not interested in cables, walls or anything, and they love to recycle cardboard 😂
They come with me ❤️ you'll love them as much as much I promise! They are ESA registered, and always kept up to date on health checks etc so never any issues. They are quiet, don't smell or anything and love head scratches and kisses!
