Professional Male seeks a double room

I am a professional male aged 33 looking for a double room. I am available to move from 02/2021 and have a budget of at least 500pcm. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 25 and 65 years old.

I work from home due to the current situation. I am usually out and about during the day on weekends. my daughter stays with me 3 nights a week. I have a black lab who comes with me everywhere I go or stays with friends. I’ve been working to this system for over a year now and have references. Moving because my current property is being sold.

I'm used to looking after a house, I'm tidy, organised and not looking for a party house.
