Professional looking for a flat share

Hi, my name is Keir and I am looking for a flat share/room rent. I am currently working on the Lynemouth Bay Remediation Contract for a leading Civil Engineering company. Hopefully I can find an affordable double room to rent nearby ideally with an en-suite. I am a friendly, polite, clean and outgoing guy and integrate well into different company and places.

I have rented a single room in Washington on my previous project for 4 years with a fantastic landlady and a female flatmate and can provide reference to this if required. I am now, however looking to move into a bigger room as I'll probably need desk space. Ideally I would like to live no more than 40 mins from my site of work.

I would like to live in an area with a bit more bustle if possible as I do enjoy restaurants and cinemas.

Every second weekend I will be back in Scotland as I have a young daughter. My job may possibly involve the odd weekend working but I don't envisage this. Look forward to hearing from you.
