Postgrad student seeking room

Heya, I'm looking for a double room not too far from QUB. I'm a masters student in poetry at the Seamus Heaney Centre.

I have a place to stay for now, but could move immediately--likewise, for the right place I could be flexible and wait a while. Basically have run into some issues with dampness/sketchy landlord, and keen to find somewhere secure and homey.

I've lived in shared flats for years, am very clean, quiet, and as much as I love getting outside for a ramble in the hills or wander around the city, I also love time at home and want to live with people who value keeping the place cozy and cared after.

Love a pint, but definitely not a partier. Will be spending most of my time reading and exploring the city. Keen to get on with people I live with, have a chat or meal sometimes, but I'm also very independent and happy in my own company.

Finding housing has been tricky and I'm just trying to find the right place to feel at home, friendly flatmates and an above-board contract.

Am currently staying in Belfast, so can easily pop over for a chat or viewing.
