Seeking G or 1st floor 1 bedroom flat

Hi there,

I'm a part-time Early Years Practitioner working in a nursery but also do some occasional work on film and TV sets as a self-employed Supporting Artist.
I am currently in a temporary HMO whilst in the process of relocating out of Towcester and looking for a 1 bedroom flat to call my home.

I have a steady income, previous landlord references and a deposit and first month's rent ready to go. Additionally, I may be able to acquire further financial benefits to the landlord through the Landlord Incentive Scheme operated by West Northamptonshire Council if this is of interest.

I am a respectful, quiet, clean and tidy female happy in my own company so an ideal tenant in most cases. I do drive, so somewhere to park my car at - or close to - the property is ideal.
