Professional male looking for a room or buddy-up

Hello there, I am a 29‑year‑old professional originally from Warwick. After spending a few years living in Scotland, I moved back to the area in June 2025 and I’m now looking for a room in a friendly house share or to buddy up.

I work hybrid‑remote for a university in Birmingham, so I’m usually home a couple of days a week and commuting the rest. I’m clean, considerate, and enjoy a relaxed home environment where everyone gets along but also respects each other’s space.
