Hunting for a double in Finsbury Park!

Move-in Date: Late May/Early June 2026

Hi potential flatmates! I’m Raevenn - most people call me Rae, partly because it’s easier and partly because it’s quicker to yell from across the room. I’m 30, originally from Fiji (yes, it’s beautiful, and yes, I sometimes miss the sunshine), but I’ve spent the last nine years living in London and six of those have been spent around Finsbury Park.

I’m hoping to be able to stay in Stroud Green, which is hands-down my favourite part of the city; great cafes and pubs, Parkland Walk and everything's within walking distance. I'm also happy to consider available rooms closer to Finsbury Park station, Arsenal, Highbury & Islington or Caledonian Road.

I’d describe myself as friendly, easygoing and a bit of an ambivert. I love catching up with friends or exploring new spots around town, but I also really value my downtime at home. I enjoy reading (big fan of coffee shop book sessions), writing (I’m working on a book—slow progress, but progress nonetheless), and playing squash (enthusiastically, though not professionally).

I’m looking for a house-share that’s friendly and relaxed, with housemates who enjoy a chat or the occasional meal together but also respect each other’s space. Clean and tidy is always a must, and if there are any plants, I’ll happily chat to them, too (I’ve heard it helps). I also love to cook so expect to be treated to many flatmate dinners if you're around :)

My budget is £1,200 PCM with bills, though I can stretch a little for the right spot. I’m also open to buddying up to find a two- or three-bedroom flat with like-minded people.
