- work full time as a personal trainer in Soho (I leave the house early but very quietly, promise!)
- looking to get a dog next year, so I need to find somewhere dog friendly, with someone who would be happy to have a dog around (he'd mostly come to work with me)
- Clapham based and looking to stay in SW. Ideally Clapham, possibly Balham / Tooting
- hours are fairly long so I'm out of the house most of the day
- 1 "work from home" / study day per week
- lived in London for 8+ years and am very used to sharing
- respectful, tidy/clean and mostly socialise outside of the house
- not looking to join a house of room hermits where people stay in their rooms / don't talk! Would love to feel at home and relaxed with whoever I share with
