A good size room wanted in Bristol

My name is Claudia Yamasiro Mira. I'm from Argentina and have Spanish nationality, I lived in Spain 15 years and have lived in England for eight years. I have Settled Status.

I'm looking for a spacious double room in Bristol, I am available to move in January 1st and have a budget of around £900.

I adapt easily to people of all ages, male or female, no problem. But please, people clean, tidy and respectful. I DON'T WANT A PARTY HOUSE.. I'm sociable but like to live in a peaceful home.

I NEED A BIG ROOM (HAVE A LOT OF STUFF TO STORAGE) IN A QUIET HOUSE WITH ALL BILL INCLUDES, WIFI AND A REGULAR CLEANER FOR COMMON AREAS. A PLACE FOR MY BIKE, WITH WASHING MACHINE AND TUMBLE DRYER, PREFERABLY. WHERE MY LOVED YOUNG CAT IS ALLOWED.
About the cleaner for common areas, I don't mean that I want a spotless house. I'm happy with a normal clean house. It's only that I don't want to have the responsibility of cleaning the common areas. I clean and keep my room very clean and I'm very careful about keeping clean and tidy the rest of the house. But don't want to clean the common areas. That's all.

I've had benefits from Universal Credit since 2019, when I had an accident, because I'm not fit to work, but I don't have any special requirement and I have a good guarantor, who is my ex boss. I had his son under my responsibility during three years. He was my guarantor in my ex tenancy agreements in Gloucester. and here in Bristol too. I worked as an au pair and lived with them. This family can give reference about me. Also my ex landlords can do it too.

It's not easy to get a good room and house where my cat is allowed 😪 But I'll never leave her. She's my sun ☀️

She is a beautiful two years old cat. She is a very good girl (very good behaviour) and my loved little baby.

I don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, don't consume drugs.. I don't mind if others do, as long as don't lose their manners and behavior. I'm polite, clean and tidy.
I'm 56 years old, but get on well with young people too. I do a healthy life. I go to the gym where spend hours and usually have a shower there too. I need to keep fit since I'm a Latin Dance teacher and would like to work as that again like I did in Spain and in Dursley too. I do not lose the hope. I play Walking Football when I can. Love football.
I'm very honest, respectful, friendly and tidy and need that other tenants are respectful and polite with me too.

Although I know it's not easy, I wish to get a home for many years. Maybe for the rest of my life. I wouldn't like to move again.

Please, if you have a room like the one I'm looking for, give me the opportunity to show you that I'm a very good tenant. Much better than many professionals (I say this from experience). You won't have any problem with me.
